Switch LDAP to LDAPS

Dear Gurus,

In our QlikSense system, our user directory connector in set with a LDAP path and we have to switch to LDAPS.

As I saw in some other forums, I just changed "LDAP" to "LDAPS" in Connection path (where you can see in the screenshot). But after I did the change, the Users Active Directory are now refreshed anymore.

Any idea of how to switch this LDAP to LDAPS?
