Is there a resource for Qlik Enterprise performance monitoring? For example, if we want to monitor CPU or memory usage, what are the thresholds that should set off an alert? Is that dependent on hardware? Hoping to find this for Sense, Replicate, and Compose.

You can try with Operation Monitor app. You can create a NPrinting report if there is a spike or CPU consumption breaches 90%.
