Trigger Long running QMC task Alert

Hi All,

Please let me know if anyone has achieved this.

Is it possible to generate an alert when an Qliksense qmc task run for more than x minutes?

I tried in Qlik Alerting tool and I don't see any option to do this.

QMC task runs as per its script. Is your app runs more than expected time or stuck and keeps running?

Yes, for instance, today my script or the reload task of that script completes in 2 mins and tomorrow for some reasons it runs for more than 5 mins, in that case, I want to generate an quick alert saying the task runs longer, that's it.

Is it possible? I am using qliksense enterprise version.

Hi Rohit - How about this idea?

When an script runs, some how have an check for when the script run exceeds 5 mins then send an alert email from the script itself using the following method?

But how do we check inside the script for the timing which I am not sure.
