qlik sense upgrade issue, powershell error "Powershell version 4 or later is required to install Qlik Sense "

Hi Community,

We are facing an issue while upgrading the Qlik sense version from November 2019 to April 2021.
Getting error in PowerShell version. Although the PowerShell version is 5.1 is already present

antivirus and firewall is already disabled.

Maybe you already tried, but just in case you have not, have you tried?

Login as the Service account user
Run PowerShell in administrator mode.
Run "Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted" in PowerShell and selecting Y. (or Bypass) (Set-ExecutionPolicy (Microsoft.PowerShell.Security) - PowerShell | Microsoft Docs)
Confirm the command ran without errors.
Restart the machine.
Start the installation process

If still not working, what is the error you can spot in the log itself?

Followed your solution, but still facing issue like qlik sense is not picking the right version of PowerShell.

Steps followed:

Login as the Service account user
Run PowerShell in administrator mode.
Run "Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted" in PowerShell and selecting Y. (or Bypass) (Set-ExecutionPolicy (Microsoft.PowerShell.Security) - PowerShell | Microsoft Docs)
Confirm the command ran without errors.
Restart the machine.
Start the installation process

Port 80:

If port 80 is in use by another program, then you must find out which program is using that port. If you have a non-qlik product that is acccessing/consuming port 80, it may be necessary to remove that product from the Qlik Sense server or at least disable it's service from 'Services'.
Run netstat -ano to determine which application is accessing port 80.

Powershell 4:

If possible try to reinstall powershell 4. You may wish to reference the following article. https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/21016.how-to-install-windows-powershell-4-0.aspx
suggest disabling any antivirus that might interfere with any re-installation attempt.
If your antivirus (or some other non-qlik product) is using port 80, it too must be turned off. https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Powershell-version-4-or-later-is-required-to-install-Qlik-Sense/ta-p/1711069
