      <title>Root Administrators Not Seeing a New Stream</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, I recently created a stream entitled "Marketing" that contains one app. Despite the fact that two other users are root administrators and in the "User Access" section it says they have RUDP access to the "Marketing" stream, and they also have RUDP access to the app within this stream, they are not seeing the stream or the app. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am stumped. Any ideas? Could this be a matter of clearing cookies? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Still seemed add as it showed them having full access in the "user access" section. But that user access section must just mean in terms of the QMC. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
