Qlik Sense - Export to image / PDF failed: Error occurred during export please try again

Hi all,

We have just upgraded to Qlik Sense Nov 2020 and none of our users are able to export to image / pdf with this error coming up: Error occurred during export please try again.

Having a look in the logs this is the message we are getting:

Export request with id '9293c3db-462b-40fd-8333-5f4e212b3667' and owner '*******' failed: Empty result

I have followed all the steps in the following articles to try and resolve this but have made no progress:

It's odd as the download data functionality works correctly its just the download pdf/image does not.

Any help would be appreciated!
