Load balancing for Qlik

We have to install Load balancer on top of the Qlik servers. Need to know which Ports will be used by the load balancer for communicating.

We have Qliksense on two servers(Server1 & Server2), Nprinting & GeoAnalytics both installed on both servers (Server3 - NPrint+GeoAnalytics & Server 4 - Nprint+GeoAnalytics) and Postgres SQL on two servers(Server 5& Server 6).

Please let me know which ports should be given to IT team for the setting up of Load balancer.
