Changing service user for Qlik Sense, QlikView and NPrinting

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we are changing domain of service users running services for Qlik Sense, QlikView and NPrinting.

In current system same service user is used for Qlik View and NPrinting and separate for Qlik Sense.

Basically we will create service user in new domain keeping server machines on old domain.

Will Qlik products such configuration like my username will be SERVICE_USER.domainA.net and

machine in MACHINE.domainB.net

And do we have any documentation for changing service users for Qlik products ?

Is it compatible with different domain like server is in one domain and service user from other ?

Hi @aniketvasadkar_eq no that would not work the service account needs to be on the same domain

Just to be sure, you mean "service account and server machine should be in same domain".

hI @aniketvasadkar_eq if using a domain account yes. But the service account could also be a local account.
