Looking at the error most likely your Rim node is not able to communicate with DB in central node&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Verify that all required ports are available between the Rim node and central node (see the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/November2020/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployAdminister/QSEoW/Deploy_QSEoW/Ports.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Qlik Sense Online Help&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;for updated port lists for your version)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Verify that the Qlik Sense Database is up and running on the Central Node&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(&lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/May2021/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployAdminister/QSEoW/Deploy_QSEoW/Ports.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/May2021/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployAdminister/QSEoW/Deploy_QSEoW/Ports.htm&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please check:&lt;BR /&gt;- Port 4432 is not blocked&lt;BR /&gt;- Any firewall blocking the port&lt;BR /&gt;- Any software using the port already&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best of luck&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
