Error when upgrading Qlik sense Nov. 2018 in a Rim node

when i want to upgrade to Qlik sense Nov 2020, i have an error when upgrading Qlik sense in a Rim node.

The log installation file :

Hi @soka41

Are you still having this issue. Looking at the error most likely your Rim node is not able to communicate with DB in central node

Verify that all required ports are available between the Rim node and central node (see the Qlik Sense Online Help for updated port lists for your version)
Verify that the Qlik Sense Database is up and running on the Central Node

Hello @soka41 ,

The port 4432 is used for a Repository database connection. (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/May2021/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployAdminister/QSEoW/Deploy_QSEoW/Ports.htm)

Please check:
- Port 4432 is not blocked
- Any firewall blocking the port
- Any software using the port already
