&lt;P&gt;Contact your local IT/network administrator and ensure that the following URLs can be reached using https (port 443):&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;*qlik.com, *.auth0.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;*qlikcloud.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;A proxy is being used to access the internet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/TD&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It may be necessary to bypass the Proxy to log on and authenticate or to contact your local/IT network administrator to ensure the appropriate ports are opened.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/TD&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Where Can I see a list of ports needed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/TD&gt;
&lt;/TR&gt;
&lt;TR&gt;

&lt;P&gt;A VPN is being used.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/TD&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Disconnect from the VPN or contact your l local/IT network administrator to ensure the appropriate ports are opened.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>QlikSense Desktop Authentication getting stuck</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm on QlikSense Windows Enterprise Version 2022 May SR4 &amp;amp; QlikSense Desktop 2022 May SR4.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I struggle to authenticate using the QlikSense Desktop. After authenticating with QlikSense Desktop,&amp;nbsp; QlikSense Desktop, gets stuck&amp;nbsp; - see attachments.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I was able to do this with 2021 November.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone with simlilar issues?&lt;/P&gt;
