Urgent Help - Sense Service User - Machine Key Folder growing ..Fast

Hi All,

Ive noticed that the following folder

C:\Users\service_user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-21-83575351-3420395154-2013657249-2668

It has over 7 million files within it and is growing by the minute and eating up space on our QlikSense Server C Drive with some dated back to 2020 :

This is our certificate store at the moment :

A lot of the microsoft community forums point to IIS causing issues and as we don't have IIS running on the server I guess this could be qliksense related.

Has anyone experienced this before and have a workaround... Due to the size of the folder it takes an age to read and sort the folders in creation date to try and delete old ones.

Ive also tried running a powershell script to delete anything over 90 days old - but again that just stalled..

Any help appreciated.

Hi @Maria_Halley thanks so much for your reply. Ive applied those updates to the service.conf file - however when checking the event log viewer again when the duplicate files were created - we are getting these Qlik related errors :

Is there anything we can do to fix these?

I replied in that other thread that Maria is linking to.
Make sure you have the latest updates of Sense and .NET.
