Two duplicates are generated while duplicating an app from QMC

Hi,

While duplicating any app in QS QMC, we are getting an error pop up.

We dont get any duplicate if we "Cancel" and we get two duplicate if we click "Refresh QMC"

Note: We were facing this issue after moving our solution to Azure Cloud. We got to know that we had kept the default gateway timeout to just 20 seconds.

The issue was resolved after increasing the gateway timeout to 200 seconds in Azure
