Upgrade Guide Qlik Sense

Hi,

We're currently working with "Qlik Sense" version November 2021 - 14.44.5. It's time for an update!

What's the required migration path to the latest version? Any doc?
What's the difficulty of this migration path? We don't have any test environment and need to evaluate this migration path; can we perform this ourselves or is expertise required?
