Hi to everybody!

During export pivot object in PDF, Qlik February 2021 show the message blow,

using Chrome Browser..

What can it be caused by?

is there a log that tracks these errors?

Hi @robb183 the logs for this service are found here by default;
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Printing\System

You should also refer to this article although it refer to version April 2020 the resolution may work here also

Hi Robb, the printing service has its own logs which should be found on the node the app has been loaded in.
