&lt;P&gt;couple of questions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. is your instalation a single node ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. did you install a separate postgres database or use the provided by the installer?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Did you change services users after instalation ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. The service user configured during the instalation have privilege to run services ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and&amp;nbsp; you can check your repository logs to see errors&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Qlik New server Installation issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have installed Qlik Enterprise edition May 2022 in our new server. After installation we couldn't able to login QMC in our new server.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Qlik Sense Repository Service (QRS) is not start in the services. If we start manual also not to load QMC page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Again if we check services&amp;nbsp;Qlik Sense Repository Service (QRS) is not running.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please give some solution&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The issue is not solved yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is the error i am receiving&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The description for Event ID 0 from source PostgreSQL cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The following information was included with the event:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2022-11-07 01:42:12.979 PST [12436] LOG:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;could not receive data from client: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;i would strongly suggest you to open a support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Support team will review the complete logs files with you and find the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this could happens with an upgrade or if you restore old backup in a new installation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;but i undestand this is a fresh&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;new installation, right?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;what about service&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Qlik Sense Repository Database ?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;netstat -ano | find "4432" | find "LISTEN"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
