PDF Email Subscription

I am trying to send a PDF version of one of my dashboards, I have set up a daily subscription to my email inbox. When the PDF reaches my inbox, certain KPIs/charts don't display, it isn't always the same KPI or chart. Can anyone help explain this?

Is it Qlik Sense SAAS problem? If yes, what exactly missed in PDF?

Apologies for the lack of detail, I'm quite new to Qlik Sense. Please can you let me know what information you need? The data I'm using needs to remain confidential so it's hard to attach screenshots.

I've taken a screenshot showing where the KPI's aren't generating. As the data needs to remain confidential, I've had to blank out the rest of the KPIs.
