QlikSense Task User Synchronization failed

The portal user sync task, which was used well before, has become Failed.
I try to start the task manually but it keeps failing.
I don't know the cause. What could be the cause?
How should I solve it?

Hello,

Seems the connection to the database us failing. Have you tested to add this one as a system dsn in the odbc overview in windows? Is the connection successfull? Then just try to change the connection string to dsn=udcdsnvor which name you gave in step 1 following the sql example https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/November2022/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployAdminister/QSEoW/Administer_QSEoW/Managing_QSEoW/ODBC-example.htm#anchor-2
