[Qlik Sense] Sizing server RAM and CPU

Hello,
I need to define the number of RAM and CPU needed for my Qlik Sense servers.
I can easily find calculations for the estimation of the RAM used on the Proxy server but I can't find :
- The RAM used when reloading applications
- The number of CPU necessary for the Proxy server
- The number of CPU necessary for the reloading of the applications.
Can you please help me.
