URL Selection Parameter "all" selected from dimension

Looking for some assistance. Could not find anywhere how to get ALL selected from my dimension

URL Selection Parameter "all" values from dimension.

Blow is my current URL that passes the parameter fine for "GBR", but what if I want ALL that have been selected?

Make sense? Any ideas??

I don't think so it makes sense, All selection essentially means no need of any selection, hence logically thinking it shouldn't work.

My requirement is however different- I have a value names 'ALL' and I am unable to pass that into URL. Any idea how can I pass the value 'ALL' ? Please note it doesn't mean that all the values get selected.
