Setting for AWS when using qlikTicket via java or python

Hi,

Our application is a web based app that embed qlik sense widgets inside it's pages, we use the authentification via QlikTicket and java server side program that returns the ticket.
On promise servers all works fine when qlik and the erp hosted locally.

But this is the first time to use qlik on AWS.
The issue is that we are not able to get the ticket from Qlik Server.
I think it's in relation with certificates and server name. (Windows Inside name is different from outside where we use AWS SSL Certificate for domain).
On AWS we can't change the server name of WIN Qlik Server (fqdn) to be the same as the url.

FYI, We opened required Ports in Qlik Server and set them in AWS too.

Do you have experimented such situation, is there a anything need to be done to resolve this situation ?
