Moving Apps from one Server to Another

Hi,

Currently we have one server where Prod and Dev is done and we have planned to move to 3 Tier Architecture Dev - Staging - Prod as suggested by someone from Qlik Sales Team

How can we move apps now from Prod to Dev? Please share some resource using qlik-cli I have installed Chocolaty for this. (One Time Activity)

And what all needs to be done to move data across these servers on regular basis from Dev to Staging to Prod

He is saying to just take UI on Prod for end user.

We have one shared drive which is mapped to 3 servers assigned for Dev - Staging - Prod

Hi @neerajthakur the qlik-cli tool you are trying to use is NOT a Qlik tool, and is not supported by Qlik directly, it has not been tested by Qlik.

If you need resources for that tool. You would need to reach out to the maintainers of the Git repo. To determine to if migrating applications between environments in bulk is possible.
We have no documentation on Qlik-cli for Windows.

A different 3rd party tool is this again this is not supported or tested by Qlik.

Another approach is a described here the Powershell script would required modification to suit your needs.
