Changing fileshare path not updating

I need to change our fileshare from the local drive on the server to a Google Cloud Filestore that was setup. I've followed the directions here: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/February2023/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployAdminister/QSEoW/Deploy_QSEoW/Creating-a-file-share.htm but after changing the path using the qliksenseutil application, the apps are still being saved to the original location. I've done the following:

stopped services other than repository
went in and updated the path with the IP of the filestore
- \\xx.xx.xx.xx\
- \\xx.xx.xx.xx\Apps
- \\xx.xx.xx.xx\StaticContent
- \\xx.xx.xx.xx\ArchivedLogs
saved
then restarted services

When I check that filestore, I don't see any changes. It is still saving apps to the original folder on the server.

And on the QMC section .../qmc/servicecluster do you see the changes there or still the old paths?

What version are you using?
