The following user is not authenticated

Hi all,

I've created a new active directory connector, but when I try to connect with one of the new users I get the following error:

"the following user is not authenticated"

This active directory is from other domain different to the server where Qlik Sense is installed. So first question is: Can I use an active directory from other domain?

If yes, why I cannot access? Ports are open, both machines have connectivity, windows authentication pattern in virtual proxy is configured as "Form" and users are allocated.

Could anyone help me please?

Have you look at - Sync Active Directory users from multiple domains ... - Qlik Community - 1799273

Requirement(s):

Make sure there full trust between the different Active Directory Domains in the same forest.
