&lt;P&gt;After careful consideration, I am reaching out to inquire about an error message on behalf of a customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Customers have reported that when their full user license is full, the following message is displayed when clicking on an accessPoint:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Message: Access is denied. The server does not have USER CALs corresponding to the user account.&lt;BR /&gt;Contact your system administrator. 31&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now, I would like to replicate the same situation. I have attempted various methods, but I am unsure of how to trigger the specific message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If possible, I kindly request guidance on the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How to get the same error message to appear&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Whether it is possible to modify the content of the displayed message, and if so, how to make those modifications.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How to add user license&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
