Qlik Sense Session stuck with bubbles

Hi Support,

We are planning to release one dashboard to many users across our university. However one of the issues at times our users face is where the users session gets stuck with bubble getting displayed in the hub. The behavior is not consistent and it happens on and off.

We are currently using Qlik Sense version Feb 2021 (14.5.4). We wanted to check how we can avoid such issues from happening, as avoiding such issues will help user's confidence when using Qlik Sense. Many Thanks in advance...

Hi Amar, this could be the reason in the article below. I would also suggest getting a core license if you are not using the cloud.
