random Error 500 when reload a schedule task

Hi everyone,

I have a strange issue on our Qliksense environemt (Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows).

We have a lot of reload tasks scheduled in our QMC.

But sometimes a few tasks failed with the error HTTP500...

Error: HTTP protocol error 500 (Internal Server Error):
Error getting value from 'Tags' on 'System.Data.Entity.DynamicProxies.App_3A20BB9E5A5B226DC934487201F3314F754559A21A96BAEEC70C780C2AEDB78E'.
Execution Failed
Execution finished.

When i rerun this task is runs successfully.

the next day a different tasks failed on a different node, with the same error.

Our environment exist of cluster with 4 nodes.

Does anyone has an idea what can be this problem and how we can resolve it?

Any help or advice is welcome.

Did you follow these steps to investigate deeper into the log-files ?

Since error 500 is a webserver error and basically means, something has gone wrong and I do not know de details...

I rebooted the whole QlikSense Cluster.

it looks likes it is working now.

i will wait a few days
