Try clearing out cookies and cache. Maybe try another browser or incognito window.

Are you typing the username with or without your domain name? Try using YOURDOMAIN\Username when authenticating.

If this does not work, then try examining the logs. They may tell you what's wrong. Maybe the proxy logs can be a good place to start.

We can log into the system through a standard link like https://servername/hub. But we cannot log in through another link that we added to the "host allow list", https://qlik.sk.kz. We added the SSL certificate and there are no problems with it. After entering the credentials, the authorization window closes and opens again, prompting you to enter the credentials again, and so on endlessly.

The settings are all standard, the only thing is that we added the SSL certificate thumbprint and added the address to the "host allow list". The server is in a domain and when connecting we use domain credentials.
