QSFeb 2023 P8-Sharepoint Connection-Encryption Key Differs Between Environments

Hello Folks,

On my job, we have two separate environments DEV and PROD. I do my dashboards and connections on DEV, and the admins migrate dashboards and connections to PROD.

I have a Sharepoint connection that I created on DEV and had it moved to PROD. But on PROD, it's complaining about the GMC(?)

Forums say this has to do with the encryption key being different between the two.

Is there a way to migrate the connection between the two environments, or do I have to recreate it altogether.

Sorry for the vagueness of this problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Justin, I would suggest recreating the key because the runas have been updated for each service account.
