Windows update works

Windows Server was updated from model 2012 to 2016 and the services below did not go up from the backup to the server after the update and so Qlik is not opening from the server.

Qlik logging service
Qlik sense engine service
Qlik sense Plinting service
Qlik sense proxy service
Qlik sense repository database
Qlik sense repository service
Qlik sense Scheduler service
Qlik sense service dispatcher

Does anyone know the reason for this error?

I had the same behaviour by update from Windows 2016 to Windows 2019.

It seems that the dot.net framework is disabled. So start your Qlik Sense installation again and dot.net will be updated. After that and the restart of the server you can abort the installation.

The problem was in the framework version, the ideal version for Windows Server 2016 is v4.8
