Currently there isn't a monitoring tool for Qlik Data Transfer. Suggest that you submit a feature request to have this included in the product. Refer to Qlik Support article How to Submit an Idea or Propose Improvement for Qlik Products for steps.

Hi there!

Is there any way to monitor QDT?
We use PRTG in our company, but if it is possible to receive an email when an error has occurred, that would be great too.

Many thanks in advance!

Further, if you switch to Direct Access Data Gateway to connect to your data sources, you can monitor several items and receive notifications there.

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/DataIntegration/Introduction/Notifications.htm#anchor-3

Kind regards...

that should be easy to create an apps, all files are stored in a "standard" location. We had error on file upload and this simple QlikView code helped us

LOAD Sequence#,
Timestamp,
Hostname,
Version,
Logger,
Severity,
Message
FROM
[C:\ProgramData\Qlik\DataTransfer\Log\DataUploadService\?????????????????????.log]
(txt, utf8, embedded labels, delimiter is '\t', msq);

I guess it won't be that hard to create a real apps (I will give it a try ... once i have enough time ...)
