Authentication hang after enabling Kerberos

We've recently changed our Qlik environment from NTLM to Kerberos authentication. This worked well with most web clients, but for some Qlik redirects to internal_windows_authentication with just a blank screen, never authenticating or redirecting back to the Qlik hub. Anyone knows where to start looking to solve this?

This is an example of the URL: https://qliksense.selfserve.service.anz/internal_windows_authentication/?targetId=78229985-14be-42c1-b172-9ba7cf135e8f

Though going here is normal for Qlik, it is not normal to stay on this page.
