PostgreSQL upgrade window doesnt show

Hey guys, I want to upgrade to the new postgreSQL version, but it doesnt show me the upgrade window like here:

the previous version is 12.5 and I need to upgrade it, do you know what I might be missing. I already updated to the latest qlik sense version.

Hi,

Could you please check where your PostgreSQL is installed? Some older installations might not be located at the default path C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\PostgreSQL\backup\9.6. Alternatively, is your Qlik Sense version from February 2022 or later? This YouTube video also addresses a similar problem around the 03:00 to 04:00 mark, and his environment doesnt meets the requirements mentioned. You can check it out here:
