Qlik Sense Repository Service suddenly using high CPU

We encountered a problem when the repository service on the central node consumed 90% of the processor resources and, as a result, the system slowed down and hung. This situation is repeated several times. We found this line in the logs. This line always appeared right before the problem occurred.

We applied recommendation from article but it doesn't help.
