Need advise on Sense user access allocation

Hi Qlik Sense team/ Experts - do we have any guide or video link to understand:

1) How to provide a user license by selecting the user id from AD

2) How to assign users to specific dashboards

3) How to utilize the login access without consuming user license

Login Access - is used by setting up a Login Access Group and assigning tokens to that group. Each token is worth 10 Login Access passes - valid for 1 hour sessions. If you want a named / identified user who has dedicated access to the system without time limit restriction, then yous set up a User Access pass - which uses 1 token.
