How can I monitor the time users spend using a <LI-PRODUCT title="Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows" id="qlikSenseEnterpriseWindows"></LI-PRODUCT> environment

For our analyzer capacity users I am able to find a their capacity minutes consumption this the license monitoring application (it is not the exact time spent, due to the 6 min license chunks, but its a good enough approximation). But for the users with named Professional or Analyzer licenses I am missing this information.

I've tried to look at the session duration informaiton found in the session monitoring application, but as users may have multiple active sessions running in parallel the sum of session time is not a good approximation of time spent using Qlik Sense.

Having this information would give a better insights on user patterns before deciding on purchasing new capacity minutes or regular Analyzer licenses to our Qlik environment.

Hi,

I agree. You can see when a Capacity user is using too much time and needs to have a regular Analyzer. But not if the user granted an Analyzer is spending less time than earlier and should be granted a Analyzer Capacity instead. You cannot see this in any monitoring app today. (Qlik Sense SaaS in my case).

Regards,

Anders
