Which is better when installing QS Program Files: C or D?

Hi Qlik SME,

I am encountering Event Viewer log warning with the following message:

Qlik Sense Service Dispatcher - The oplock request is denied. Event ID is 300

I am not sure if it is because the Program Files is on D drive as opposed to C drive where everything is localized. And I don't know if the D drive has oplock on or not. Is it better to let the installation program files be on the C drive?

Hello ,

1. Qlik has no preference as to which drive Qlik Sense is installed on.

2. Try disabling Antivirus software while installing the product.

3. Once the install has completed make the required antivirus exclusions are in place.
