Performance issues after upgrading to May 2024

Hi There,

I look after a number of sites and I have reports from 3 of them that they are having random performance issues.

This did not occur prior to the upgrade.

The issues include Hub staying Blank, Icon not appearing, on a selection the wheel stays spinning etc.

Has anyone else had issues like this?

Hi MPC,

Thanks as it is from 3 different sites they have upgraded from different versions and are sitting on either May 2024 IR or SR3.

And the previous version on each site was ? I ask that because some old and useless component or conf can impact performance.

In the log, no information are provided about certificates or conf issue too ?

Hi Mark,

They all upgraded from different Versions.

One from August 2022, Another from November 2023 and the other from Feb 2024.

If nobody else has experienced similar issues then I will need to dig deeper into log file, OS Patching or AntiVirus changes

Some of my customers have experimented performance downgrade after the Nov. 2024 upgrade, regarding Data Connection display, and global navigation.

Any update about this ?
