To address the "Internal Server Error" issue, please try the following steps:
Refer to the official Qlik Support article: Some users receive "Internal Server Error" when attempting to access streams.
Additionally, try these steps:
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
Test with Different Browsers:
Check User's License and Access Rights:
Verify User Profile in Qlik Sense:

I have thousands of users in my environment, but only one user is encountering this specific issue. She can log into another website and, upon clicking the Reports button, it opens Qlik Hub in a new tab where she is directed to the Qlik workspace. The problem arises when she tries to access any stream. After seeing the "Opening the hub" visual for about a minute, she receives an "Internal Server Error." This issue is isolated to her, as no other users are experiencing it. She has the correct access permissions, is part of the appropriate AD groups, and has the necessary CALs.

Note: She was able to access the streams one year ago. She tried to access them again one year later.

Please help me. Thank you,

Sree
