Help Needed with Reverse Proxy Setup for Qlik Environment

Hi Experts,

I’m currently working on implementing a reverse proxy as the first line of defense for my Qlik environment. We have created a DNS name (e.g., server1.qlik.dnsname.com) that points to a load balancer (ALB) visible to end users in their browser (e.g., server1.qlik.loadbalancer.com). Behind the ALB, we have two Qlik Sense servers (QS1 and QS2) configured for load balancing.

However, I’m encountering an issue. I’ve added both the DNS name and the load balancer’s address, along with their respective IPs, to the Qlik whitelist in the QMC. Despite this, I’m still receiving a "400 Bad Request: The HTTP request header is incorrect" error.

I’m unsure what steps to take next and would greatly appreciate your guidance.

I’m using Qlik Sense February 2024 (version 14.173.3).

What you need for this setup is:

1. Load balancer that supports websockets

2. Session persistence (sticky sessions)

you will need to look at the qlik proxy logs and AWS logs - the screenshot doesn't help much.
