Qlik Embed - Very long authorization time on first connection

Hello,

We are setting up a member portal in our company and would like to be able to display QlikSense Cloud graphics in it.

We developed a very simple QlikCLoud application consisting of 1000 rows and 5 simple graphs
We then set up a connection to QlikCloud on our member portal, which is in DRUPAL.

To integrate the graphs into our portal, we used the QlikEmbed solution.

We have set up the same identity provider between our directory and Qlik (OIDC on AZURE BtoC).

Our members complain that it takes a long time to display the indicators when they first connect (4-5 seconds).

Indeed, there is an authorization window that appears during these few seconds and once it disappears the Qlik graphics appear

Then, if the user refreshes their page, it is much faster (1 second)

Do you have a solution to reduce this time?
