Qlik Sense version undefined

The last day's work to find the error, but not is possible, the Qlik Sense server detail:

Windows server: 2022

Qlik Version: November 2024

Patch: 2

Environment: single node

Issue: not able to open the hub; here appear interval server error and QMC appear undefined version.

Comments: I reviewed the ports of this server, and the ports are listening; attach the screenshot related.

Any help, please; this is an error very new.

Is it a new installation or an upgrade from an older version?

Make sure that your service account have the full rights on you qlik share defined when installing qlik sense.

Please also verify that the engine is correctly configured in the proxy as per The Qlik Sense Management Console shows Undefined-undefined Version instead of listing the correct version.

This is an upgrade; the before version was May 2024 but appended the same issue, and the service account has all the privileges in the Qlik Sense shared folder.
