Changing License

Hi to all,

I need to change my license on Qlikview Enterprise 12.7 and Qliksense (May 24). Should I reassign licenses to users one by one or is there a way to do it en masse? I was also wondering: will the users' files and panels be lost or will the user find them again once they log in with the new license?
