Qlik Sense installation failed could not validate database user.

Hi All,

We are fresh installing the Qlik Sense on UAT server. While executing the setup process got failed with error "could validate database user".

We have already installed Qlik Sense in dev environment, and everything done with no error but getting this error in uat installation.

Hi @Frank_S ,

I am able to install Qlik Sens on uat server using the dev service account but when i am trying to install using uat service account then throwing this error.

Need help on this.

I suggest you start a support case.

However, check first that the account you are trying to use is not locked out in Active Directory Users and Computers. Your network admins will have access to this if you do not.
