Not able to download reload tasks from QMC

I am root admin in our Qlik sense stage instance. Whenever I tried to download reload log from QMC it says : failed to download script log". For few tasks the download script log button is nor present at all. Please provide any possible cause and resolution for this?

C\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Scheduler\APP_ID
