Thumbnail Image Loading Issue with Ticket Authentication via Virtual Proxy in Qlik

I’m facing an unusual issue when logging into Qlik using ticket authentication via a virtual proxy. After logging in, attempting to open any app with a thumbnail triggers another login prompt. Upon investigation, it appears that Qlik is trying to fetch the image through the default proxy. Interestingly, the thumbnail image URL is correct (via the virtual proxy) on the Hub page but changes (without the virtual proxy) when opening the app.
When there is no thumbnail for the app it loads app.svg from resources via virtual proxy.

When we open the app sheet view below is URL loaded

For hub and app overview it correctly loads below URL

Please let me know if anyone has encountered a similar issue.

The above is working properly after installing patch 5 .
