Server Shutdowns on AES File Creation

Hi All,
In our server we have enabled to shutdown it immediately when any aes type files attemt to create due to last ransomware attack from this type of files.
Now, the Qlik Sense Engine service is trying to create some aes file types as per the logs, which causes Qlik server to down.

Customer needs a confirmation from our side whether this file attempting to create from Qlik Engine service is normal, like whether we can exclude the service from the rule created.
It's urgent now, any idea?

Hi @marksouzacosta,

No, we never faced something like this. Finally, we excluded the Engine.exe from the security rule. Till now, we didn't receive any issues.
