Hi @bakedbean,

We cannot mandate MFA on QlikID accounts since they are utilized across multiple tenants and companies, including for support purposes. Therefore, we leave it up to individual users to decide whether or not to enable MFA when using QlikID.

Refer to below link for more details:
https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-to-Setup-Multi-Factor-Authentication-MFA-for-Qlik-Sense/ta-p/1712123/show-comments/true

You would be correct in that you can enforce MFA for all users through your IDP though.

Qlik Cloud - Turn on MFA for All Users

Hey there!

I have been looking into turning on MFA on our Qlik Cloud tenant for all users. I have read this document and it sounds like each user has to set it up themselves - Configuring multifactor authentication (MFA) | Qlik Cloud Help

So my question is, is there a way to turn on MFA for all?

Maybe through our IDP?

Many thanks!
