Seperate Content Admin Roles Based on Geography/Region/Office

Hi,

I have separate groups of content admins and I need to give these content admins the access to resources based on the group location/region/office.

Ex: If the content admin is from Region I, this content admin should be able to access the resources (Apps, Data Connections, etc.) that are created by employees in Region I only. Each region will have such resources that only employees from that resource should be able to access.

Please help.

This can be achieved. In this particular case I would utilize Custom Properties. To limit each resource based on their region we need to appropriately apply a custom property value to each user and resource. Then create an associated rule for access. I have provided support links below.
