May 2023 Qlik Sense Enterprise On Windows couldnot install patch 6

due to find Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows Remote Code Execution (RCE) Vulnerability (Authenticated). with suggestion we need to install patch 6 to solve this problem.

After download the patch and run with administrator on server. System show logs and installation failed.

detail see file attached.

It is very urgent for me to find a solution. Any one met same case and solved.

It could be that not all Qlik services /processes are completely down when you are performing the upgrade.

Try to manually shut down all Qlik services (except the repository database) and set all Qlik Sense services to "Manual" prior to upgrading.

If problem still presist then please check logs in order to pinpoint where / which file that is causing you trouble.

my problem solved by :

1. repair installation for May 2023. After repair successfully.

2. reinstall patch 6 May 2023 no log find patch is successful installed.
