User inactive

Hello,

one user can't access Qlik Sense dashboards because its user is inactive.

It happens to his user only.

I have found this message in System_Repository.txt log

Invalid user z194785, not importing: Repository.Users.UserDirectoryConnectorValueException: The User Directory Connector (UDC) is not configured, because "<null>" is an improper value for property "UdcUser.FullName".↵↓ at Repository.Users.SafeUserDirectoryConnector.ValidateFailed(String str, String errorMessage)↵↓ at Repository.Users.SafeUserDirectoryConnector.ValidateString(String str, String errorMessage, Int32 minLength, Char[] forbiddenChars)↵↓ at Repository.Users.SafeUserDirectoryConnector.SyncUsers(String[] usersToFilterOn)

Anyone can tell me what the problem could be or I could bypass it.

When I foind the user inactive I resync the User Directory and the use user goes back to active.
